Christie Consulting Group

Gavin Christie established Christie Consulting Group in 2016, following 14 years in the executive search industry. Gavin started his career in search and recruitment in 2002 and has run and developed equity businesses at some of the City's top executive search companies. 

Gavin has hired a variety of equity skill sets for clients, from Associate level to Managing Director Level. He has hired across most countries within developed and developing Europe and has operated on numerous searches within the US. 

Prior to moving into search, Gavin worked as an intern at the sports management group IMG.

He is a graduate of the University of Newcastle and lives near Tunbridge Wells with his wife and two young daughters. 

He is a keen sportsmen and has completed numerous charity challenges, including a 30 mile swim in the Cumbrian Lakes and an Ultra Triathlon in the Outer Hebrides.
